Introducing the Strength Training for Runners Workshop where Coach Urban & Coach Bri get into the nitty gritty of what it takes to become a stronger & faster runner and avoid injury for the long haul.

Strength Training for Runners is for you if you want to:

  • Improve running technique, endurance, & speed  

  • Develop strength & stability in hips, knees, ankles, & core

  • Prevent injury & increase reactivity 

  • Reduce pain specific to Running/Walking/Moving through life 

  • Train for longevity

  • All ages & athletic abilities
