  • The Barn Fitness Collective, 6731 Sebastopol Ave suite 110, Sebastopol CA

  • Tuesdays & Thursdays at 4:00-5:15pm

Flexible Pricing!

  • Full-program: $45/class ($360)(8 classes)

  • Half-program: $50/class ($200)(4 classes) *Choose first or second half of the program*

  • Drop-ins: $55  (does not include TrueCoach programming)



Can’t make it to the class times? 

Remote Coaching is a great option! You’ll get this same program to do on your own via TrueCoach programming app at your local gym or home gym. I’ll give you personal feedback each week to help you stay on track!

  • Here’s what you need: TrueCoach app, barbell, plates, squat rack, bench, dumbbells, booty bands

  • OpenGym membership at the Barn to get your workouts done!
