The Legends Program
Age gracefully and keep doing the things you love!
This class is designed for people 55 and up who want to stay strong, balanced, and confident in their bodies—so they can keep doing the things they love, whether that's hiking, traveling, playing with grandkids, or simply moving with more ease each day.
We focus on:
Building strength safely
Improving balance
Increasing mobility
And creating confidence in how you move—both inside and outside the gym
Each session is a small-group, supportive, and led by our very own Coach Hayley, who brings both expertise and encouragement to every session.
