A 90-minute workshop for menstruating women on how to support their cycle through training, nourishment, and mindfulness.

$50 for the 90 minute workshop, content to take home, and a new understanding of your body

This is perfect for women who want to:

  • Understand the phases of their menstrual cycle

  • Learn how to fuel/eat to feel strong and look great

  • Learn how to train in the gym to support their cycle

  • Learn how to love & understand themselves through the more sensitive times of the month

Bri and Zoe are so excited to share this information with our community. With growing research in women’s hormone cycles, we aim to expand awareness and empower women to live in a way that feels most natural to their own unique makeup.

Creating tools to help women reconnect with their bodies and to be able to ask the question “what do I need right now?” without influences from outside pressures. We provide options for women to nourish their bodies, fuel their workouts, and keep up with their training even on those weeks where we just feel tired.
