Welcome to The Barn!

We are a fitness collective brought together through our love of all things health and wellness.  We are dedicated to the idea of aging gracefully and being a better version of ourselves each coming year.  We provide thoughtfully curated group fitness classes that combine a mix of functional fitness, body building, and aerobic conditioning.

We create a high energy atmosphere set to bumping tunes where you will learn how to find strength and mobility in your body utilizing dumbbells, barbells, kettlebells, sleds, battle ropes, gymnastics, bikes, rowers and so much more. Come jump in on one of our classes and join our community in a safe, inclusive, and flat out epic time of a workout!

What you can expect

Classes are an hour long and size is capped at 15 people to ensure that all members are able to receive optimal coaching and attention.  Whether this is your first time stepping into a gym or you are a seasoned athlete, all levels are welcome. Every workout and all movements are scalable to each individuals needs.  We encourage everyone to leave their egos at the door, learn something about the person in class next to them, and feel better at the end of the hour than when you walked through our front door.  We are so grateful to be a part of your health journey and look forward to sharing the stoke with you!

Here at The Barn, we are more than a gym, we are a community.

body work at the barn

From our certified massage therapist, J Dunivan.

“I’ve have been performing massage for over 30 years. My style is deep tissue with an emphasis on injury repair. I perform focused bodywork to address problem areas. The massages can be scheduled as 20, 40 or 60 minutes, and they can be either a chair or table massage. I use movement to contract or extend the muscles and I couple that with cross-fiber massage to break up adhesions. My desire to help people led me to become a RN. The evidence-based practice that is the cornerstone of nursing, only accentuates my massage practice. I don’t want you to feel good for just a few hours after the massage, I want to work with you and use your own exercise practice to promote healing and increase blood flow to previously stuck areas. My desire is to provide short & convenient massage sessions which can allow more regular massage body work.”
